Born in Ireland, I lived in seven countries before moving to Valencia in 2021. I’ve visited 60+ countries, including road-tripping in the US, Canada, South America and Japan and exploring China, Southern Asia and parts of Africa.

I’ve been a journalist most of my professional life for international media outlets. I love mega-cities, remote places and going beyond the obvious tourist to-dos. An obsession with food — from street stands to Michelin restaurants — shapes my travels.
